Maple Star Nevada is dedicated to making a difference in our community.In August of 2005, Maple Star became affiliated with Providence Service Corporation. Providence is dedicated to ensuring that all clients have access to professional community-based services, proven treatment methods and comprehensive service planning.

Our mission is to provide accessible, comprehensive, and integrated programs and mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults thus assisting clients in achieving social integration by serving as an alternative to institutional care, and by providing clients with opportunities to live in family and community settings.
