Maple Star operates in three state jurisdictions providing foster care placement and family healthcare services:
Each is autonomous, having a separate company with its own Board of Directors and Executive Director; policies that are tailored to the regulatory and licensing requirements in each jurisdiction; and variations in the types of children or youth served and programs offered.
Maple Star Nevada is a wholly owned subsidiary of Providence Service Corporation.
Providence provisions administrative services through a management agreement with Maple Star Colorado and Maple Star Oregon.
